Edie Goldberg, Ph.D. is the President of E.L. Goldberg & Associates in Menlo Park, California. She has specialized in talent management and organization effectiveness for over 30 years. Her practice is focused on designing HR processes to attract, engage, develop and retain employees.
Prior to starting her own firm over 18 years ago, Dr. Goldberg was a Global Thought Leader in the Human Capital Practice at Towers Perrin, and was a business unit manager for a boutique management consulting firm. Dr. Goldberg has published and presented at numerous conferences on the future of work, performance management, building management capability, career management, and succession planning.
She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Albany, SUNY; and her B.A and M.S. in Psychology from San Diego State University. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the California HR Strategy Forum, and HR People + Strategy (HRPS), where she previously served as Chairperson of the Board. She is a current member of the Board of the SHRM Foundation.
